RETURNS

You have 10 business days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. You can also complete the return form included in your package and send it back with your item-we’ll process it once it arrives.

After 10 business days, items are only eligible for store credit or an exchange.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and sent back in their original packaging with the return slip included.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available for non-clearance items returned within 10 business days of delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except if the item was sent in error.

If you return an item after 10 business days, you’ll receive store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your refund after we’ve received your return.

STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES

Store credits and exchanges are handled within 1-3 business days after we receive your return.

If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit so you can choose another item.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All clearance purchases are final sale.

They may qualify for store credit or exchange, but refunds are not available.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
