SHIPPING

Where We Ship
House of Ajie currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. A flat rate of $9.99 applies to standard delivery. Orders of $150 or more ship free.

Order Processing
Orders require processing time before they are shipped. Standard processing takes 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days. Please allow up to 10–12 business days in total from the date of your order.

Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands it is in the care of the carrier. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will help open an investigation. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship on the date listed in the product description. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order ships together on that date. If you would prefer your in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
