Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For U.S. orders, a flat rate of $6.99 applies. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times
Orders require processing time before they are shipped. Standard processing takes 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days.

Customs Charges
House of Ajie is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by your country.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship on the date listed in the product description. If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together on that date.
